Joseph Parks Farm

Situated in the hills above the Newcomer Farm and the Middle Bridge crossing over Antietam Creek was the Joseph Parks Farm. Throughout the battle, the property sat between the dueling cannons of the opposing forces. Like some of the other families in the area, it is not known where Parks went to escape the fighting.
