Orchard Observance

Description

On November 25, 1863, Union Generals Grant, Thomas, and Granger stood atop Orchard Knob and shockingly watched their troops charge up Missionary Ridge. Ordered to only take positions at the base, they continued their advance and drove Confederate defenders off the ridge and away from Chattanooga.
