Finished in 1797, this Federal-style manor house was the home of President James Madison's brother-in-law, American Revolutionary War veteran Isaac Hite, Jr. The property also hosted the 1864 Civil War Battle of Cedar Creek with Belle Grove serving as Union headquarters.
